ଏହାପରେ ହିଜକିଯ ତାଙ୍କର ପଦାଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସନୋଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କଥା ହେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତ ନଗର ବାହା ରେ ଥିବା ଜଳନିର୍ଝରଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଜଳକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକମତ ହେଲେ। ସହେି ପଦାଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସନୋଧିକାରୀମାନେ ହିଜକିଯଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲେ।

ଏହାପରେ ହିଜକିଯ ତାଙ୍କର ପଦାଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସନୋଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କଥା ହେଲେ। ସମାନେେ ସମସ୍ତ ନଗର ବାହା ରେ ଥିବା ଜଳନିର୍ଝରଗୁଡ଼ିକର ଜଳକୁ ବନ୍ଦ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକମତ ହେଲେ। ସହେି ପଦାଧିକାରୀ ଓ ସନୋଧିକାରୀମାନେ ହିଜକିଯଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲେ।
