ଏହାପରେ ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ମାଖାଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କଲେ। ମାଖା ଅବଶା ଲୋମ୍ଙ୍କ ଝିଅ ଥିଲେ। ଆଉ ମାଖା ରିହବିଯାମ୍ଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲେ : ଅବିଯ, ଅତଯ, ସୀଷ ଓ ଶଲୋମୀତ୍।

ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ତାଙ୍କର ଅଠର ଜଣ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଓ ଷାଠିଏ ଜଣ ଉପପତ୍ନୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ମାଖାଙ୍କୁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ପ୍ ରମେ କରୁଥିଲେ। ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ଅଠଇେଶ ଜଣ ପୁତ୍ର ଓ ଷାଠିଏ ଜଣ କନ୍ଯାଙ୍କର ପିତା ଥିଲେ।
ଦିତୀୟ ବଂଶାବଳୀ 12:16
ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ତାଙ୍କର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ନେଲେ। ରିହବିଯାମ୍ଙ୍କୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ନଗର ରେ କବର ଦିଆଗଲା। ଏହାପରେ ରିହବିଯାମ୍ଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ଅବିଯ ନୂତନ ରାଜା ହେଲେ।
