ଦାଉଦ ସହେିଦିନଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏହି ନିଯମ ପ୍ରଚଳନ କଲେ। ଯାହା ଆଜି ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ରେ ଚଳକ୍ସ୍ଟଅଛି।
