ଗଲିଯାତ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲା, ଏହିଠାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସ ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ମାଂସକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହିଂସ୍ରପଶକ୍ସ୍ଟ-ପକ୍ଷୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖକ୍ସ୍ଟଆଇବି।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଯାଜକ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ବୋଲି କହିବ ? କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜ ଘାତକ ନିକଟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଣେ ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ମାତ୍ର, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନୁହଁ।

ଆଜି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ମାେ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପି ଦବେେ। ଏବଂ ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଆଘାତ କରିବି ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଶିରଚ୍ଛଦନେ କରିବି। ମୁ ଆଜି ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସୈନ୍ଯଗଣର ଶରୀର ଆକାଶ ପକ୍ଷୀଗଣକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀସ୍ଥ ବନ୍ଯପଶକ୍ସ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦବେି, ତହିଁରେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ମଧିଅରେ ଏକ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ସମକ୍ସ୍ଟଦାଯ ଜଗତ ଜାଣିବେ।
