ପ୍ରଥମ ଶାମୁୟେଲ 1:24-27

24 And when she had weaned him, she took him up with her, with three bullocks, and one ephah of flour, and a bottle of wine, and brought him unto the house of the Lord in Shiloh: and the child was young.

25 And they slew a bullock, and brought the child to Eli.

26 And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the Lord.

27 For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him:

24 ଏହାପରେ ସେ ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସ୍ତନପାନ ତ୍ଯାଗ କରାଇଲା ଓ ତିନି ଗୋବତ୍ସ ଓ ଏକ ଐଫା ମଇଦା ଓ ଏକ ବୋତଲ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ତା' ସହିତ ପିଲାଟିକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଶୀଲୋସ୍ଥିତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିଲା। ଯେ ତବେଳେ ବାଳକଟି େଛାଟ ଥିଲା।

25 ତହିଁରେ ସମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ରୂପେ ଗୋବତ୍ସ ବଧକଲେ ଓ ବାଳକକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଏଲି ନିକଟକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣିଲେ।
And they slew a bullock, and brought the child to Eli.

26 ତା'ପରେ ହାନ୍ନା ଏଲିଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲା, ମହାଶୟ ମୁ ବାସ୍ତବ ରେ ସହେି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଲୋକ ୟିଏକି ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଆଗ ରେ ଛିଡା ହେଉଥିଲା ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଥିଲା।
And she said, Oh my lord, as thy soul liveth, my lord, I am the woman that stood by thee here, praying unto the Lord.

27 ମୁ ଏହି ବାଳକ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଥିଲି, ଆଉ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ ମଞ୍ଜକ୍ସ୍ଟର କରିଛନ୍ତି।
For this child I prayed; and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him:
