Numbers 15:15
ସମାଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ପ୍ରବାଶକାରୀ ବିଦେଶୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏକ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ହବେ। ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ବିଧି; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଓ ବିଦେଶୀମାନେ ସମାନ।

ତେଣୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭଲଭାବେ ମନରେଖ ଯେ, ଆଜି ରାତ୍ରିଟି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ମରଣୀଯ ଦିନ ହବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ଦିନକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ପର୍ବରୂପେ ପଚାଳନ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ବଂଶଧରମାନେ ଏହି ପର୍ବ ପ୍ରତିବର୍ଷ ପାଳନ କରିବେ।
