ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଜମିର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଶସ୍ଯ ଓ ସର୍ବପ୍ରକାର ବୃକ୍ଷର ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଫଳ, ବର୍ଷକୁ ବର୍ଷ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରକୁ ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ଏକଥା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲୁ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଥମ ଶସ୍ଯ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବ। ସହେି ସବୁକୁ ପ୍ରଥମେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୃହକୁ ଆଣିବେ।

Leviticus 19:23
ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦେଶ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭୋଜନର୍ଥେ ସେତବେେଳେ ବହୁପ୍ରକାର ଫଳବୃକ୍ଷ ରୋପଣ କରିବ। ମାତ୍ର ବୃକ୍ଷ ରୋପଣ ପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତିନି ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବ। ସେଥିରୁ କୌଣସି ଫଳ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରିବ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ତାହା ଅଶୁଚି।

ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲବେୀୟମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ୟ ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ୟୋଗ ଦବେେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପୁତ୍ରଗଣ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ଯ ତମ୍ବୁ ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ରହିବ।
2 Chronicles 31:3
ହିଜକିଯ ତାଙ୍କର ନିଜର ପଶୁପଲ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କତେୋଟିକୁ ହାମବେଳି ଉପହାର ସ୍ବରୂପେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବାକୁ ଦେଲେ। ଏହିସବୁ ପଶୁଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପ୍ରତିଦିନ ସକାଳେ ଓ ସନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ସମୟରେ ହାମବେଳି ଉପହାର ସ୍ବରୂପେ ବ୍ଯବହାର କରାଯାଉଥିଲା। ଏହି ପଶୁଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ବିଶ୍ରାମର ବିଶଷେ ଦିନ, ଅମାବାସ୍ଯା ଉତ୍ସବ ଓ ଅନ୍ଯାନ୍ଯ ବିଶଷେ ସଭାମାନଙ୍କ ରେ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରାଯାଉଥିଲା। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ନିଯମ ରେ ଯେଉଁପରି ଲଖାଯାେଉଥିଲା, ଏହା ସହେିପରି କରାଯାଉଥିଲା।
Proverbs 3:9
ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ପଦରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମାନ କର। ତାଙ୍କୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଥମ ଅମଳର କିଛି ଅଂଶ ଦିଅ।
Malachi 3:8
ଉତ୍ତର ରେ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ୍ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ,ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଗ୍ଭରେି କରିବା ବନ୍ଦ କର। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଗ୍ଭରେିକରିବା ଉଚିତ ନୁହେଁ। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଗ୍ଭରେିକଲ।
