ଏହି ଚୁକ୍ତି ପତ୍ରଗୁଡିକ ଏହିସହୁ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ମାହେର ରେ ସ୍ବାକ୍ଷରିତ ହାଇେଥିଲା। ଯଥା:- ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ନିହମିଯା ହଖଲିଯଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ର ସିଦିକିଯ।

ଦଶାେଧ୍ଯକ୍ଷ ନିହିମିଯା, ଲିପିକାର ଓ ଯାଜକ ଏଜ୍ରା ଓ ଲବେୀୟମାନେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବୁଝିବା ରେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କଲେ, ଆଜି ଦିନ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ପବିତ୍ର ଅଟେ। ଶୋକ କରନାହିଁ କି ରୋଦନ କରନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଏହା କହିଲେ, କାରଣ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ବାକ୍ଯ ଶ୍ରବଣ କରନ୍ତେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ରୋଦନ କଲେ।
Ezra 2:63
ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ କହିଲେ ଯେ, ସମାନେେ ସବୁଠୁ ପବିତ୍ର ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଖାଇ ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ, ଯେପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଜଣେ ଯାଜକ ଊରୀମ ଓ ତୁମ୍ମୀମ ସହିତ ପରାମର୍ଶ କରି ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହାଇେ ନାହିଁ।

ପରିବାରର ପ୍ରଧାନମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ କହେି କହେି ସହେି କର୍ମ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦାନ କଲେ। ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା 1,000 ସ୍ବର୍ଣ୍ଣମୁଦ୍ରା, ପଗ୍ଭଶ କୁଣ୍ତ, 530 ଯାଜକିଯ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଦଲୋ।
