ସଠାେରେ ଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ଲୋକର ହାତ ଶୁଖି ଯାଇଥିଲା। ସଠାେରେ ଥିବା କେତକେ ଯିହୂଦୀ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦୋଷରୋପ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସୁଯୋଗ ଖାଜେୁଥିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ମାଶାଙ୍କେ ନିୟମ ଅନୁସାରେ ବିଶ୍ରାମଦିବସ ରେ କାହାରିକୁ ଭଲ କରିଦବୋ କ'ଣ ବିଧିସଙ୍ଗତ?

And, behold, there was a man which had his hand withered. And they asked him, saying, Is it lawful to heal on the sabbath days? that they might accuse him.
