ଡିମ୍ବିରି ଗଛ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦିଏ। ଯେତବେେଳେ ଡିମ୍ବିରି ଗଛର ଡାଳ ଗୁଡିକ ଶାଗୁଆ ଓ ନରମ ପଡିଯାଏ ଏବଂ ନୂଆ ପତ୍ର କଅଁଳିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରେ, ସେତବେେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣି ପାର ଯେ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମଋତୁ ପାଖଇେ ଗଲାଣି।
