ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରକୁ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଆଣିବା, ତାହା ନିଯମ ଲଙ୍ଘନର ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ହବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନଗର ମଧିଅରେ ଏକତ୍ର ହେଲେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯକୁ ମହାମାରୀ ପଠାଇବା, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଶତୃ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହବେ।
