ସେ ମହୋଲ୍ଲାସ-ଉତ୍ସବ ବର୍ଷ ରେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଅଧିକାରକୁ ଫରେିୟିବା ଉଚିତ୍।
