ତା'ପରେ ଯାଜକ ସହେି ଦୋଷର୍ଥକ ବଳିର କିଛି ରକ୍ତ ନବେ, ପୁଣି ଯାଜକ ସହେି ଶାଧେନୀୟ ଲୋକର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କର୍ଣ୍ଣର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ରେ, ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତର ବୃଦ୍ଧାଙ୍ଗୁଳି ରେ ଓ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାଦର ବୃଦ୍ଧାଙ୍ଗୁଳି ରେ ଲଗାଇବ।

ଅତୀତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି କଥା ବୁଝି ନ ପାରି, ନିଜ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରେ ସହେି ସବୁ ମନ୍ଦ କାମ କରିଥିଲ କିନ୍ତୁ ଏବେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାକାରୀ ସନ୍ତାନ ଅଟ। ଅତଏବ ଅତୀତର ମନ୍ଦ ଜୀବନଯାପନ କର ନାହିଁ।

ଲୋକେ ଜାଣିଥିବା ଗୋଟିଏ ଉଦାହରଣ ଦଇେ ମୁଁ ଏ କଥା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଉଛି। ଏହାକୁ ବୁଝିବା କଷ୍ଟକର ହାଇେଥିବା କାରଣରୁ ମୁଁ ଏହି ଭଳି ବୁଝାଉଛି। ଅତୀତ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଜ ଶରୀରର ଅଙ୍ଗଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ପାପର ଦାସ ହବୋକୁ ଓ ମନ୍ଦ କର୍ମ ରେ ନିୟୁକ୍ତ କରିଥିଲ। ଫଳ ସ୍ବରୂପ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଜୀବନ ଯାପନ କରୁଥିଲ। ଠିକ୍ ସହେି ଭଳି ଏବେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶରୀରର ଅଙ୍ଗ ଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଭଲ କାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମର୍ପଣ କର। ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କବଳେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ବଞ୍ଚିବ।
Romans 6:13
ପାପର ସବୋ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶରୀରର ଅଙ୍ଗ ଗୁଡ଼କକୁ ଅନୁମତି ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ। ମନ୍ଦ କାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଶରୀରକୁ ବ୍ଯବହାର କର ନାହିଁ। ତା' ପରିବର୍ତେ ନିଜକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠା ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କର। ଯେଉଁମାନେ ମରି ଥିଲେ ଓ ଏବେ ଜୀବିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି ସେ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ଭଳି ହୁଅ। ନିଜ ଶରୀରର ଅଙ୍ଗହୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଭଲ କାମ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠା ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କର।
Isaiah 1:5
ପରମେଶ୍ବର କୁହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ କାହିଁକି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଶାସ୍ତି ବିଧାନ କରି ଚାଲିବୁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦଲେୁ। ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କିଛି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହେଲା ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାେ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ବିଦ୍ରୋହ କରି ଚାଲିଛ। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମସ୍ତ ମସ୍ତକ ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ହୃଦଯ ପୀଡ଼ିତ।
