ମାରେମନେଅଛି, ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀର ମଧ୍ଯବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ଓ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଦିଗ ରେ ମହା ସମକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ର ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଭୂମି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାର ପାଇଁ ଦଇେଅଛି। ଅଧିକୃତ ହାଇେ ନଥିବା ଦେଶ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ବାରା ଅଧିକୃତ ହବେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଗେକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ଏ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ନିଜ ଅଧିନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଣି ପାରିନାହିଁ।
