ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସତ୍ଯ କହୁଛି ଯେ, ଯଦି କୌଣସି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ମାରେ କହିବା କଥା ଶୁଣେ ଓ ମାେତେ ୟିଏ ପଠାଇଛନ୍ତି ତାହାଙ୍କଠା ରେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରେ, ତବେେ ସେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଅନନ୍ତ ଜୀବନ ଲାଭ କରିଅଛି। ସେ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଦୋଷୀ ବୋଲି ବିଚାରିତ ହବେ ନାହିଁ। ସେ ମୃତ୍ଯୁକୁ ପାର ହାଇେ ଜୀବନ ଭିତ ରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରି ମାରିଛି।

உன் மகன் பிழைத்திருக்கிறான் என்று இயேசு தன்னுடனே சொன்னதும் அதே நேரம் என்று தகப்பன் அறிந்து, அவனும் அவன் குடும்பத்தார் அனைவரும் விசுவாசித்தார்கள்.

இயேசு, “உன் மகன் பிழைப்பான்” என்று சொன்ன நேரமும் ஒரு மணிதான் என்பதை அந்த அதிகாரி உணர்ந்துகொண்டான். ஆகையால் அவனும் அவனது வீட்டில் உள்ள அனைவரும் இயேசுவின்மீது விசுவாசம் வைத்தனர்.
