ୟୋହାନନ୍ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ସନୋପତିଗଣ କଲଦୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କଲେ। କାରଣ ଇଶମାଯଲେ ବାବିଲ ରାଜାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ନିୟୁକ୍ତ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ଗଦଲିଯକୁ ହତ୍ଯା କରିଥିଲେ। ତେଣୁ ୟୋହାନନ୍ କଲଦୀଯମାନେ ରାଗିଥିବେ ବୋଲି ଭୟ କଲେ।
