ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବିବାହ କରି ପୁତ୍ର କନ୍ଯା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ କର। ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସହେି ପୁତ୍ର କନ୍ଯାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରାଇ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ପୁତ୍ରକନ୍ଯା ଜନ୍ମ କରାଅ। ଏହିପରି ବାବିଲର ଲୋକସଂଖ୍ଯା ବୃଦ୍ଧି କର କିନ୍ତୁ ଊଣା କର ନାହିଁ।
