ପୁଣି ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଓ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସହେି ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୂଖଦନିତ୍ସରର ଦାସ୍ଯକର୍ମ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ବାବିଲ ରାଜାର ୟୁଆଳି ତଳେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବକେ ରଖିବେ ନାହିଁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି,ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେ ଦେଶକୁ ତାହାର ହସ୍ତ ରେ ସଂହାର ନ କରିବା ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ଆମ୍ଭର ଖଡ୍ଗ, ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ଓ ମହାମାରୀ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦବୋ।
