କାରଣ ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି ସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ବଯ, ସମୁଦ୍ର, ବୈଠକି ଓ ସମସ୍ତ ବାସନ କୁସନ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ ରେ କହନ୍ତି, ଯାହାକି ଏହି ନଗର ରେ ଛାଡ଼ିଛନ୍ତି।
