ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଉତ୍ତମ ବିଷୟ ଓ ସିଦ୍ଧ ଦାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆସିଥାଏ। ଯେଉଁ ପରମପିତା ଆକାଶସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ଜ୍ଯୋତିର୍ଗଣ ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯ, ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର, ତାରାଙ୍କୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିଛନ୍ତି, ତାହାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ଉତ୍ତମ ଦାନ ଆ ସେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ, ସେ ସର୍ବଦା ସମାନ ଅଟନ୍ତି।
