ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ସୁସମାଚାର ଆଣୁଛନ୍ତି, ୟିଏ ଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଚାର କରୁଅଛି, ୟିଏ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ସୁସମାଚାର ଆଣୁଛନ୍ତି, ୟିଏ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପ୍ରଚାର କରୁଅଛି ଓ ୟିଏ ସିୟୋନକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ରାଜ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି ବୋଲି କହୁଅଛି, ସହେି ଶାନ୍ତିଦୂତର ଚରଣ ପର୍ବତଗଣ ଉପ ରେ ସ୍ବାଗତ ଯୋଗ୍ଯ।'
