10 These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

11 And Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

12 And Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:

13 And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

14 And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:

15 And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

16 And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:

17 And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.

18 And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

19 And Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat sons and daughters.

20 And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:

21 And Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters.

22 And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:

23 And Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

24 And Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:

25 And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and begat sons and daughters.

26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

10 ଏହା ହେଉଛି ଶମେ ପରିବାରର ବିବରଣୀ, ଯେ ତବେଳେ ଶମେକୁ ଏକଶହ ବର୍ଷ ହାଇେଥିଲା ଏବଂ ବନ୍ଯାର ଦୁଇବର୍ଷ ପରେ ସେ ଅର୍ଫକଷଦର ପିତା ହେଲ।

And Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

12 ଆର୍ଫକଷଦ ପଞ୍ଚତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ଶଲହରେ ପିତା ହେଲ।
And Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:

13 ଶଲହରେ ପିତା ହେଲାପରେ, ଆର୍ଫକ୍ଷଦ 403 ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚିଲେ ଏବଂ ପୁତ୍ର ଓ କନ୍ଯାଗଣ ଲାଭ କଲେ।
And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

14 ଶଲହକେୁ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ସେ ଏବରର ପିତା ହେଲ।
And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:

15 ଏବର ଜନ୍ମ ହବୋପରେ ଶଲହେ 403 ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚିଲା। ସହେି ସମୟ ମଧିଅରେ ସେ ପୁତ୍ର କନ୍ଯାଙ୍କୁ ଜନ୍ମ ଦେଲେ।
And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

16 ଏବରକୁ 34 ବର୍ଷପରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ଜନ୍ମିଲା ଯାହାର ନାମ ପଲଗେ।
And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:

17 ପଲଗରେ ଜନ୍ମପରେ, ଏବର 430 ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ସହେି ସମୟ ମଧିଅରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ୟ ସନ୍ତାନ ସନ୍ତତିମାନେ ଜନ୍ମ ନେଲେ।
And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.

18 ପଲଗକେୁ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ରିଯୁ ନାମକ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ରକୁ ଜନ୍ମ ଦେଲେ।
And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

19 ରିଯର ଜନ୍ମପରେ ପଲଗେ 209 ବର୍ଷ ପଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ସହେି ସମୟରେ ତାଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁତ୍ର ଓ କନ୍ଯାମାନ ଜନ୍ମ ନେଲେ।
And Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat sons and daughters.

20 ରିଯକୁ ବତିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ସରୁଗ ଜନ୍ମ କଲେ।
And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:

21 ସରୁଗର ଜନ୍ମ ପରେ ରିଯୁ 207 ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚିଲା। ସହେି ସମୟ ମଧିଅରେ ତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆହୁରି ପୁତ୍ର ଓ କନ୍ଯାଗଣ ଜନ୍ମ ନଇେଥିଲେ।
And Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters.

22 ସରୁଗ ତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ନାହାରରେ ପିତା ହେଲ।
And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:

23 ନାହାରରେ ଜନ୍ମ ପରେ ସରୁଗ 200 ବର୍ଷ ଅଧିକ ବଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ସହେି ସମୟରେ ମଧିଅରେ ତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁତ ୍ରକନ୍ଯାମାନ ଜନ୍ମ ନେଲେ।
And Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

24 ନାହାରକେୁ ଅଣତିରିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ତରହକେୁ ଜନ୍ମ ଦେଲେ।
And Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:

25 ତରହରେ ଜନ୍ମ ପରେ ନାହାରେ 119 ବର୍ଷ ବଞ୍ଚିଲେ। ସହେି ସମୟରେ ତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଜନ୍ମ କଲେ।
And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and begat sons and daughters.

26 ତରହକେୁ ସତୁରି ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଅବ୍ରାମ, ନାହାରେ ଓ ହାରଣ ଜନ୍ମ କଲେ।
And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.
