ସହେି ସମୟରେ ପୁରୀମ ନାମ ଅନୁସାରେ ସହେି ଦୁଇ ନିଯମ ନାମ ପୂରୀମ ହେଲା। ଏବଂ ସହେି ଚିଠିର ସମସ୍ତ କଥା ଯୋଗୁଁ ଓ ସେ ବିଷଯ ରେ ସମାନେେ ଯାହା ଦେଖିଥିଲେ, ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପ୍ରତି ତାହା ଘଟିଥିଲା, ତହିଁ ସକାଶୁ ୟିହୁଦୀଯମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ଓ ନିଜ ନିଜ ବଂଶର ୟିହୁଦୀ ମତାଲମ୍ବି ଗଣର କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ଯ ବୋଲି ଏହା ସ୍ଥିର କଲେ।
