Psalm 22:24
କାହିଁକି ? କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ଗରିବ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିମାନଙ୍କୁ ହିଁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରନ୍ତି। ସେ ତାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ୟଦି ଲୋକମାନେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ବିପଦରେ ପଡ଼ି ସାହାୟ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି, ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ନିଜକୁ ଦୂରଇେ ରଖି ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।

ସେତବେେଳେ ମାରେ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଶରୀର କହିବ, ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଭଳି ଆଉ କହେି ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଣେ ଦୁଃଖୀ ଲୋକକୁ ତାଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ବଳଶାଳୀ ଶତ୍ରୁ କବଳରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଛ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୁଃଖୀ ଲୋକଟିକୁ ମନ୍ଦ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଖରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାକୁ ଲୁଣ୍ଠନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚାହୁଁଥିଲେ।

କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ଗୋଟିଏ କୀଟ, ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ନୁହେଁ, ଲୋକମାନେ ମାେ ପାଇଁ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୁଅନ୍ତି ଓ ମାେତେ ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତି।

ହେ ମାରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଦିନରେ ଡ଼ାକିଲି କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦଲେ ନାହିଁ ଓ ପୁନର୍ବାର ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରାତିରେ ଡ଼ାକିଲି।
