ତେଣୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନେ ଜଳଦ୍ବାର ନିକଟରେ ଥିବା ଛକରେ ଏକମନ ରେ ଏକତ୍ରୀତ ହେଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକୁ ମାଶାଙ୍କେର ଯେଉଁ ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥା ପୁସ୍ତକ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିଥିଲେ, ତାହା ଆଣିବା ପାଇଁ ସମାନେେ ଏଜ୍ରା ଲିପିକାରଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ।

ରେ କପଟୀ ଧର୍ମଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ଓ ଫାରୂଶୀମାନେ? ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧିକ୍! ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ବର୍ଗରାଜ୍ଯର ଦ୍ବାର ବନ୍ଦ କରି ଦେଉଛ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଚୁକ୍ତି ଅନୁସାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଶିକ୍ଷାସମୂହକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କର। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯଦି ସେ ଆଦେଶକୁ ଅନୁସରଣ ନ କରିବ ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭୁଲ୍ ପଥରେ ୟିବ। ସହେି ଭୁଲ ଆଦେଶ ଆଗତ ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ୍ କହୁଥିବା ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ଗୁଣିଆମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆସିଛି। ସେ ଆଦେଶ ନିରର୍ଥକ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାହା ଅନୁସରଣ କଲେ କିଛି ଲାଭ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ହବେ ନାହିଁ।
Nehemiah 12:37
ସମାନେେ ଝର ଫାଟକ ନିକଟରେ ହେଲାପରେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ସମ୍ମୁଖସ୍ଥ ସଳଖ ପଥରେ ଦାଉଦନଗରର ପାହଚ ଉଠିବା ପରେ ଉଠି ଦାଉଦଙ୍କର ଗୃହ ଉପରେ ଦଇେ ପୂର୍ବ ଆଡେ ଜଳଦ୍ବାର ଆଡେ ଗଲେ।

ତହିଁରେ ଲୋକମାନେ ବାହା ରେ ୟାଇ ତାହା ସବୁ ଆଣି ଆପଣା ପାଇଁ ପତ୍ର କୁଟୀର ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ। ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ନିଜ ନିଜ ଗୃହର ଛାତ ଉପରେ ଓ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ରେ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଗୃହର ସବୁ ପ୍ରାଙ୍ଗଣ ରେ ଓ ଜଳ ଦ୍ବାର ଛକରେ ଓ ଇଫ୍ରଯିମ ଦ୍ବାର ଛକରେ ଅସ୍ଥାଯୀ କୁଟୀର ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ।

ଏଜ୍ରା ଯାଜକ ସହେି କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନିର୍ମିତ କାଠମଯ ମଞ୍ଚା ଉପରେ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ। ଆଉ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ତାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ମତ୍ତଥିଯ, ଶମାେ, ଅନାଯ, ଊରିଯ, ହିଲ୍କିଯ, ମା ସଯେ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ, ଏବଂ ତାଙ୍କ ବାମ ପାଶର୍ବ ରେ ପଦାଯ ଓ ମୀଶାଯଲେ, ମଲକିଯ, ହଶୁମ ଓ ହଶ୍ବଦ୍ଦାନା, ଜିଖରିଯ ଓ ମଶୁଲ୍ଲମ ଠିଆ ହେଲେ।
