ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବିଚାର ରେ ପକ୍ଷପାତ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦରିଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ସୁବିଧା ଦବେ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ବିଚାର ରେ ଧନୀ ପ୍ରତି ଅଦିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ଯ ଦବେ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୋଡେଶୀମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ନ୍ଯାଯ ବିଚାର କରିବ।
