ଆଉ କୁହ, ' ହେ ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜାଗଣ ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ନିବାସୀମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯ ଶୁଣ। ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶା ଆଣୁଅଛୁ। ତାହା ୟିଏ ଶୁଣିବ ସେ ଭୟ ରେ ଶିହିରି ଉଠିବ।
