ତା'ପ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ସବୁ ନଗର ରେ ଓ ୟିରୁଶାଲମର ସବୁ ପଥରେ ଏହିସବୁ ପ୍ରଚାର କର, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ନିଯମର ବିଧିସବୁ ଶୁଣ ଓ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ପାଳନ କର।
