Jeremiah 1:15
ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପୁଣି କହିଲେ, ଏହା ହବେ କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ରାଜ୍ଯ ସମୂହର ସମୁଦାଯ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ଡ଼ାକିବା। ତେଣୁ ସମାନେେ ଆସି ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ନଗର ଦ୍ବାରର ପ୍ରବେଶ ସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ଓ ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ପ୍ରାଚୀର ସମ୍ମୁଖ ରେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ସିଂହାସନ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବେ।

ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଲୋକ ପଠାଇ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗକୁ ଆଣିବା।ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭର ଦାସ ବାବିଲର ରାଜା ନବୁଖଦ୍ନିତ୍ସରକୁ ଆଣିବା। ପୁଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନଇେ ଯିହୁଦା ଓ ଯିହୁଦା ନିବାସୀଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଓ ତାହାର ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ ସମସ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଛିଡ଼ା କରାଇବା। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ସୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାବରେ ବିନାଶ କରିବା। ସହେି ଦେଶକୁ ଚିରକାଳ ଏକ ଶୂନ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା। ତାହାକୁ ଦେଖି ଲୋକମାନେ ବିସ୍ମଯ ରେ ଓ ଶୀସ୍ ଶବ୍ଦ କରିବେ।

ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମକୁ ଢ଼ିପି ଓ ଶୃଗାଳମାନଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିବା। ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସମୂହକୁ ନିର୍ଜନ ଧ୍ବଂସସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା।

Isaiah 22:7
ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସହେି ବିଶଷେ ଉପତ୍ୟକା ରେ ସୈନ୍ଯମାନେ ଭଟେିବେ। ସହେି ଉପତ୍ୟକା ରଥରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହବେ। ଅଶ୍ବାରୋହୀମାନେ ନଗର ଦ୍ବାର ରେ ସଜ୍ଜିତ ହାଇେ ରହିବେ।

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ପୁଣି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ରେ' ଏହି 'ନଗରକୁ ଅଣାଇବା। ତହିଁରେ ସମାନେେ ନଗର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ୟୁଦ୍ଧ କରି ତାହାକୁ ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ ଓ ତାହାକୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିବେ। ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯିହୁଦାର ସମସ୍ତ ନଗରକୁ ଜନଶୂନ୍ଯ କରି ଧ୍ବଂସ ସ୍ତୁପ ରେ ପରିରତ କରିବା।
Jeremiah 33:10
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କହୁଅଛ, 'ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ନରଶୂନ୍ଯ ଓ ପଶୁଶୂନ୍ଯ ହାଇେ ଏକ ଧ୍ବଂସିତ ନଗର ହବେ।' ମାତ୍ର ଏହି ସ୍ଥାନ ଖୁବ୍ ଶୀଘ୍ର କୋଳାହଳପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ହବେ।

ସମଗ୍ର ପୃଥିବୀ ରେ ଏକ ଧ୍ବନି ବ୍ଯାପିୟିବ। କାରଣ ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଉପ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର କୋରଧ ଅଛି। ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବିଚାର କରି ଶାସ୍ତି ଦବେେ। ପୁଣି ସେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟାଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଖଡ୍ଗ ରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବେ।' ଏହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି।

ପୁଣି ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ହସ୍ତରୁ ପାତ୍ର ନଇେ ପାନ କରିବାକୁ ଯବେେ ଅସମ୍ମତ ହବେେ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଏହା କହିବ, 'ସୈନ୍ଯାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ ତାହା ପାନ କରିବ।

ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା କୋପ ଢ଼ାଳୁଅଛ, ତବେେ ଅନ୍ୟଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କ ଉପ ରେ ଢ଼ାଳିଦିଅ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ କି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମ ରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଯାକୁବକୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବଂଶକୁ ବିନାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ତାହାର ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ଉଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କରିଛନ୍ତି।

ଏକ ମହାରବ ଶୁଣ। ସହେି ରବ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଗରୁ ଆସୁଅଛି। ତହା ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସବୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବ ଓ ତାହା ଏକ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତର ରେ ପରିଣତ ହବେ। ଆଉ ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ଶୃଗାଳର ବାସସ୍ଥାନ ହବେ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ବଂଶ, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଦୂରରୁ ଏକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀକୁ ଆଣିବା ସେ ଏକ ବଳବାନ୍ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଓ ପ୍ରାଚୀନ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ। ସେ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ଭାଷା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜାଣ ନାହିଁ। ଆଉ ସମାନଙ୍କେର କଥା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବୁଝିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭପାଇଁ ଦୂରରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଅନ୍ୟ ଏକ ଜାତି ଆଣିବେ, ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସମାନେେ ୟକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ କରିବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଭାଷା ବକ୍ସ୍ଟଝିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ସମାନେେ ଖକ୍ସ୍ଟବ୍ଶିଘ୍ର ଆସିବେ। ଯେପରି ଆକାଶରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାଜପକ୍ଷୀ ଓହ୍ଲାଇଲା ପରି ।
