ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ସନ୍ତାନ ସନ୍ତତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୁଳାବାଣ୍ଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦେଶ ବିଭାଗ କରିବ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନେ ସ୍ବଜନ୍ମସ୍ଥାନ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ବିବଚେିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ କିଛି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଭୂମିର ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ଭୂମି ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର।

ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିବା ବିଦେଶୀମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରୁ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ ସନ୍ତାନ ସନ୍ତତି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୁଳାବାଣ୍ଟ ଦ୍ବାରା ଦେଶ ବିଭାଗ କରିବ ଏବଂ ସମାନେେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନେ ସ୍ବଜନ୍ମସ୍ଥାନ ତୁଲ୍ଯ ବିବଚେିତ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ସମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ କିଛି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଭୂମିର ଉତ୍ତରାଧିକାରୀ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପାଇଁ ଭୂମି ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କର।
