Deuteronomy 12:21
ଏହା ଯଦି ଅଧିକ ଦୂର ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଏ, ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି ମାଂସ ପାଇଁ ଭୋକିଲା ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଦତ୍ତ ଯେ କୌଣସି ପଶକ୍ସ୍ଟର ମାଂସ ଖାଇପାରିବ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେି ପଶକ୍ସ୍ଟକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ନିଅ, ତାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବଧକର ଓ ନିଜ ଫାଟକ ଭିତ ରେ ଭୋଜନ କର। ମୁ ଯେପରି ଆଜ୍ଞା କଲି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏପରି କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଏହି ମାଂସ ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ବାସ କଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ସହେିଠା ରେ ଖାଇ ପାରିବ।

ରାଜା ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ନିଜକୁ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ କଲେ। ସେ ଯେତବେେଳେ ରାଜା ହେଲେ, ସେତବେେଳେ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକଚାଳିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ହାଇେଥିଲା। ରିହବିଯାମ୍ ସତର ବର୍ଷ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ରାଜା ହାଇେ ରହିଲେ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର ସମସ୍ତ ବଂଶ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ନଗରକୁ ହିଁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଥିଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ୟିରୁଶାଲମ ରେ ତାଙ୍କର ନାମ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବାକୁ ମନୋନୀତ କଲେ। ରିହମିଯାମ୍ଙ୍କୁ ମାତା ଥିଲେ ନଯମା। ନଯମା ଅମ୍ମାନେ ଦେଶରୁ ଆସିଥିଲେ।

ଶଲୋମନଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ରିହବିଯାମ ଏକଗ୍ଭଳିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବଯସ ରେ ରାଜା ହେଲେ। ସେ ୟିରୁଶାଲମରୁ ଯିହୁଦା ରେ ସତର ବର୍ଷ ରାଜତ୍ବ କଲେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ନିଜର ମହିମା ସ୍ଥାପନାର୍ଥେ ସମଗ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ସହେି ନଗରକୁ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଥିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କର ମାତା ଅମ୍ମୋନୀଯା ନଯମା ଥିଲେ।

ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଦତ୍ତ ଆପଣା ସହେି ଦେଶ ରେ ଭୂମିରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଫଳିଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ଫଳ ଓ ପରିବାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରଥମଜାତ ଫଳ କିଛି କିଛି ରଖି ଗ୍ଭଙ୍ଗକ୍ସ୍ଟଡି ରେ ତାହା ନଇେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ସ୍ଥାପନାର୍ଥେ ତାଙ୍କର ମନୋନୀତ ସ୍ଥାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ୟିବ।

ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆପଣା ନାମ ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠା କରାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ମନୋନୀତ କରିବେ, ସଠାେରେ ନିସ୍ତାର ପର୍ବର ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ସଂନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ସମୟର, ସୂର୍ୟ୍ଯାସ୍ତ ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା କର। ଠିକ୍ ସହେି ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିଶରରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବାହାର କରି ଅଣା ହାଇେଥିଲା।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ବାସ କରିବ, ସଠାେରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ କୃଷ୍ନସାର ଓ ମୃଗ ଜାତୀଯ ସକ୍ସ୍ଟସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରାଣୀ ବଧକରି ଆପଣା ଇଛା ମତେ ଖାଇ ପାରିବ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ପ୍ରାଲ୍ଗ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଚି ଓ ଅଶକ୍ସ୍ଟଚି ଲୋକମାନେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଏହି ମାଂସ ଭକ୍ଷଣ କରିପାରିବେ।

ସେତବେେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆପଣା ନାମ ବାସ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ସ୍ଥାନ ନିରୂପିତ କରିବେ ସହେ ସ୍ଥାନକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାରେ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ହୋମ ନବୈେଦ୍ଯ ଓ ନିଜ ନିଜ ବଳିଦାନ, ନିଜ ଆଯର ଦଶମାଂଶ ଓ ନିଜ ନିଜ ହସ୍ତର ଉତ୍ତଳନୀଯ ଉପହାର ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ଯ ରେ ମନାସିଲାର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସକଳ ମନୋନୀତ ମାନତ ଆଣିବ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାଟି ରେ ଏକ ସ୍ବତନ୍ତ୍ର ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀ ମାେ ପାଇଁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଷେ ଓ ଗୋରୁଗାଈରୁ ସଠାେରେ ହାମବେଳି, ମଙ୍ଗଳାର୍ଥକ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର। ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସବୁଠା ରେ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଆସିବି ଯେଉଁଠା ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମାେତେ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବ।
