Acts 5:26
ତେଣୁ ସନୋପତି ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାଙ୍ଗ ରେ ନଇେ ପ୍ ରରେିତମାନଙ୍କୁ ନଇେ ଆସିଲେ। ସମାନେେ ପ୍ ରରେିତମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜାରେ ଜବରଦସ୍ତି କରି ଆଣିଲେ ନାହିଁ କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଭୟ କଲେ, ଯଦି ସମାନେେ ଏପରି କରିବେ, ତବେେ ଲୋକମାନେ ହୁଏତ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ପଥର ଫୋପାଡ଼ିବେ।

କିନ୍ତୁ ବୌଠକରେ ସମାନେେ କଥାବର୍ତ୍ତା ହେଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିସ୍ତାରପର୍ବ ସମୟରେ ଏସବୁ କରିବା ଉଚ଼ିତ ହବେନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ଲୋକମାନେ ଏଥି ରେ ରାଗିଯାଇ ପାରନ୍ତି ଓ ଦଙ୍ଗାହାଙ୍ଗାମା କରିପାରନ୍ତି।
Luke 20:6
କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯଦି କହିବା, ' ଯୋହନଙ୍କ ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମ ମଣିଷଠାରୁ ଆସିଥିଲା,' ତବେେ ସବୁ ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ଭ ଉପରକୁ ଟକୋପଥର ଫିଙ୍ଗି ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଜୀବନ ରେ ମାରି ଦବେେ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ଯୋହନଙ୍କୁ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ରୂପେ ବିଶ୍ବାସ କରନ୍ତି।
