ଏବଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ମାନଙ୍କୁ ସବଳ କରି ନାହଁ ଓ ପୀଡିତ ମାନଙ୍କର ଚିକିତ୍ସା କରି ନାହିଁ, ଆହତ ମଷେମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ଷତସ୍ଥାନ ରେ ପଟି ବାନ୍ଧି ନାହଁ। ବିତାଡ଼ିତ ମଷେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଫରୋଇ ଆଣି ନାହଁ କିମ୍ବା ଯେ ହଜିଗଲା ତାକୁ ଖାଜେିଲ ନାହିଁ। କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ବଳ ରେ ଓ ନିଷ୍ଠୁର ଭାବରେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଶାସନ କରିଅଛ।
