ଅହୀମଲକେ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲା ଓ ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଦ୍ରବ୍ଯ ଓ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟର ଖଣ୍ତା ଦେଲେ।

ପକ୍ସ୍ଟଣି ଶାଉଲ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଓ ୟିଶୀର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର କାହିଁକି ମାେ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ କକ୍ସ୍ଟମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରିଅଛ? ଆଜିପରି ୟିଶୀର ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ର ମାେ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ଉଠି ଓଗାଳି ବସିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତ ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ରୋଟୀ ଓ ଖଣ୍ତା ଦଇେଅଛ ଓ ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ତା' ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିଅଛ।

ଏହା ପ୍ରଥମ ଦିନ ନଥିଲା, ମୁ ଦାଉଦ୍ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କଲି, ମାେତେ କିମ୍ବା ମାରେ ପରିବାରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଦୋଷାରୋପ କର ନାହିଁ। ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦାସଗଣ। କ'ଣ ହେଉଛି ଏହା ମୁ କିଛି ଜାଣେ ନାହିଁ।

ଆଉଥରେ ଦାଉଦ ପଚାରିଲେ, କିଯୀଲାର ଲୋକମାନେ କ'ଣ ମାେତେ ଓ ମାରେଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତ ରେ ଧରାଇ ଦବେେ?
