କିନ୍ତୁ ଏକ ମନ୍ଦ ଆତ୍ମା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ଉପରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସିଲା। ଶାଉଲ ତାଙ୍କ ନିଜ ଗୃହ ରେ ବସିଥିଲେ। ଶାଉଲ ହାତ ରେ ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଧରିଥିଲେ। ଦାଉଦ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ରେ ବାଦ୍ଯ ବଜାଉ ଥିଲେ।

କିନ୍ତୁ ଏକ ମନ୍ଦ ଆତ୍ମା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କ ଉପରକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆସିଲା। ଶାଉଲ ତାଙ୍କ ନିଜ ଗୃହ ରେ ବସିଥିଲେ। ଶାଉଲ ହାତ ରେ ବର୍ଚ୍ଛା ଧରିଥିଲେ। ଦାଉଦ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ରେ ବାଦ୍ଯ ବଜାଉ ଥିଲେ।
