ଏପରିକି ଏବ୍ରୀଯମାନେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ନଦୀ ପାର ହାଇେ ଗାଦ୍ ଓ ଗିଲିଯଦ ରାଜ୍ଯକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଖସି ପଳାଇଲେ। ଶାଉଲ କିନ୍ତୁ ଗିଲ୍ଗଲ ରେ ରହିଲେ। ତାଙ୍କ ସୈନ୍ଯବାହୀନିର ସମସ୍ତ ସୈନିକମାନେ ଭୟ ରେ ଥରିବାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଲାଗିଲେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରହିବେ ସମାନେେ ଶତୃମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ରେ ସାହସିକତା ହରାଇବେ। ସମାନେେ ପତ୍ରଝଡାର ଶଦ୍ଦ ଶୁଣିଲେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଦୌଡି ପଳାଇବେ। ପୁଣି ଖଡ୍ଗଧାରରୁ ପକାଇଲା ଲୋକପରି ସମାନେେ ଦୌଡିବେ ଓ କହେି ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ନ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇଲେ ହେଁ ସମାନେେ ପତିତ ହବେେ।

ଆମ୍ଭେ ଗୋଟିଏ ସିଂହ ସଦୃଶ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରିବା। ଆମ୍ଭର ପିଲାମାନେ ଆସିବେ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁସରଣ କରିବେ। ଏହି ପିଲାମାନେ ଭୟ ରେ ଥରିଥରି ପଶ୍ଚିମରୁ ଆସିବେ।
