Deuteronomy 7:3
ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ବିବାହ ସମ୍ବନ୍ଧ ରଖିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆପଣା କନ୍ଯାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ ଦବନୋହିଁ। କିଅବା ଆପଣା ପକ୍ସ୍ଟତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମାନଙ୍କେ କନ୍ଯାମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବିବାହ ଦବେ ନାହିଁ।

ଏହା ପୂର୍ବରୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତର୍କ କରିଥିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶର କନ୍ଯାଙ୍କୁ ବିବାହ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। କାରଣ ସମାନେେ ନିଜର ସାଥୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦବୋ ଦବେୀର ଉପାସନା ପାଇଁ ଆକର୍ଷିତ କରି ପାରନ୍ତି। ମାତ୍ର ଶଲୋମନ ସମାନଙ୍କେ ସହିତ ପ୍ ରମେ କଲେ।

କଦାପି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉପଦେଶରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବିଚକ୍ସ୍ଟ୍ଯତ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ। କଦାପି ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବନ୍ଧକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ। ଯେଉଁମାନେ କି ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲଙ୍କର ଅଂଶ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁନ୍ତି। କୌଣସି ଅନ୍ୟ ବଂଶମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବିବାହ କରନାହିଁ। ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁନ୍ତି କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ବନ୍ଧକ୍ସ୍ଟ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ।

Nehemiah 13:23
