Deuteronomy 31:1-8 in Oriya

1 And Moses went and spake these words unto all Israel.

2 And he said unto them, I am an hundred and twenty years old this day; I can no more go out and come in: also the Lord hath said unto me, Thou shalt not go over this Jordan.

3 The Lord thy God, he will go over before thee, and he will destroy these nations from before thee, and thou shalt possess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as the Lord hath said.

4 And the Lord shall do unto them as he did to Sihon and to Og, kings of the Amorites, and unto the land of them, whom he destroyed.

5 And the Lord shall give them up before your face, that ye may do unto them according unto all the commandments which I have commanded you.

6 Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the Lord thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.

7 And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.

8 And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.

1 ଏହାପରେ ମାଶାେ ୟାଇ ଏହିକଥା ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ।
And Moses went and spake these words unto all Israel.

2 ମାଶାେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲକକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ମାେତେ 120 ବର୍ଷ ହେଲାଣି। ମୁ ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଗଇେ ନଇେ ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାେତେ କହିଲେ, 'ତୁମ୍ଭେ ୟର୍ଦ୍ଦନ ପାର ହାଇେ ୟିବ ନାହିଁ।'

3 କିନ୍ତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଗଇେ ନବେେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କରିବେ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସମାନଙ୍କେଠାରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାଙ୍କର ଦେଶ ଛଡାଇ ଆଣିବ। କିନ୍ତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, ଯିହାଶୂେୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଗଇେ ନବେେ।
The Lord thy God, he will go over before thee, and he will destroy these nations from before thee, and thou shalt possess them: and Joshua, he shall go over before thee, as the Lord hath said.

4 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଇମାରେୀୟ ରାଜା ସୀହାନେ ଓ ଓଗ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ସମାନଙ୍କେର ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବିନାଶ କଲାପରି, ସେ ସମାନଙ୍କେୁ ବିନାଶ କରିବେ। ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପୂନ୍ନରାଯ ସହେିପରି କହିବେ।

5 ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀଯମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସହାୟକ ହବେେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହାସବୁ କହିଛି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଗେକ୍ସ୍ଟଡିକ ନିଶ୍ଚଯ କରିବ।
And the Lord shall give them up before your face, that ye may do unto them according unto all the commandments which I have commanded you.

6 ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଓ ସାହାସୀ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ, କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅକୃତକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ କିଅବା ଛାଡିବେ ନାହିଁ।

7 ଏହାପରେ ମାଶାେ ଯିହାଶୂେୟଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଡାକିଲେ। ସମସ୍ତ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ରେ ମାଶାେ ଯିହାଶୂେୟଙ୍କକ୍ସ୍ଟ କହିଲେ, ଶକ୍ତିଶାଳୀ ଓ ସାହାସୀ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସହେି ଦେଶକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଆଗଇେ ନବେ ଯେଉଁ ଦେଶ ଦବୋ ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭର ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଚକ୍ସ୍ଟକ୍ତି କରିଥିଲେ। ସହେି ଦେଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧିକାର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାୟ୍ଯ କରିବ।
And Moses called unto Joshua, and said unto him in the sight of all Israel, Be strong and of a good courage: for thou must go with this people unto the land which the Lord hath sworn unto their fathers to give them; and thou shalt cause them to inherit it.

8 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଗଇେ ନବେେ। ସେ ସ୍ବଯଂ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରହିବେ। ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ବିପଦ ରେ ପକାଇବେ ନାହିଁ କି ତ୍ଯାଗ କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ହତାଶ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ, ଭୟ କର ନାହିଁ।
And the Lord, he it is that doth go before thee; he will be with thee, he will not fail thee, neither forsake thee: fear not, neither be dismayed.
