Deuteronomy 24:15
ସନ୍ଧ୍ଯା ପୂର୍ବରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ତାହାର ବତନେ ଦବେ। କାରଣ ସେ ଦକ୍ସ୍ଟଃଖୀ ଲୋକ ତହିଁ ଉପରେ ତାହାର ମନ ଥାଏ। କଜାେଣି ସେ ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ବିରକ୍ସ୍ଟଦ୍ଧ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଡାକ ପକାଇବ, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପାପ ହବେ।

ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବେଶୀ ପ୍ରତି ଅନ୍ଯାଯ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଚୋରି କରିବ ନାହିଁ। ପୁଣି ବତନଜେୀବିର ବତନେ ରାତ୍ରିଠାରୁ ସକାଳ ୟାଏ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଖ ରେ ରହିବ ନାହିଁ।
Jeremiah 22:13

ଏପରି କାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଋଣ ଦବୋକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ମନା କର ନାହିଁ, ଯେ ହତେକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଋଣ କ୍ଷମାର ବର୍ଷ ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହାଇଗେଲାଣି ବୋଲି। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ଏପରି ମନ୍ଦ କଳ୍ପନା ରହିବା ଉଚିତ୍ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁ। ସାବଧାନ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ, ଗୋଟିଏ ନିଃଶ୍ବ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତି କୃପଣ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ! କାରଣ ଯଦି ସହେି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତି ତକ୍ସ୍ଟମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଡାକେ, ତବେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପାପରେ ଦୋଷୀ ବୋଲି ବିବଚେନା କରାୟିବ।

ମାରେ ଜମି ମୁଁ କାହାଠାରୁ ଚୋରି କରି ନାହିଁ। ଏହା ଚୋରି କରିଥିବା କଥା କହେି ମାେତେ ଦୋଷ ଦଇେ ପାରିବେ ନାହିଁ।
