ବ୍ଯବସ୍ଥାର ମର୍ମ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସା ରେ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା ଶିଖାଇବେ ଓ ବିଗ୍ଭରର ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ବିଷଯ ରେ ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯାହା କହିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ସହେିପରି କରିବ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଯେଉଁ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ଜଣାଇବେ, ତାହାକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବଦଳାଇବ ନାହିଁ।

Deuteronomy 28:14
ଆଜି ମୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଯେଉଁ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେଉଅଛି ସେଥିରକ୍ସ୍ଟ କବେେ ବିମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ହକ୍ସ୍ଟଅ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ କି ବାମକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଫରେିବ ନାହିଁ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦବେତାମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅନକ୍ସ୍ଟସରଣ କିଅବା ଉପାସନା କରିବ ନାହିଁ।
Deuteronomy 25:1
ଯେତବେେଳେ ଦୁଇଜଣଙ୍କ ମଧିଅରେ ମାଡପିଟ୍ ଲାଗେ, ସମାନେେ ନ୍ଯାୟଳୟକୁ ୟିବା ଉଚିତ୍। କିଏ ଦୋଷୀ ଓ କିଏ ନିର୍ ଦୋଷୀ ବିଗ୍ଭରକର୍ତ୍ତା ବିଗ୍ଭର କରିବେ।

ତାଙ୍କର ହୃଦଯ ଅହଙ୍କାରି ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁ। ସେ ନିଯମରକ୍ସ୍ଟ ବିମକ୍ସ୍ଟଖ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍ ନକ୍ସ୍ଟହଁ। ନିଯମକକ୍ସ୍ଟ ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ସେ ପାଳନ କରିବା ଉଚିତ୍। ତବେେ ସେ ଓ ତା'ର ଭବିଷ୍ଯତ ବଂଶଧରମାନେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ରେ ବହକ୍ସ୍ଟଦିନ ଧରି ରାଜତ୍ବ କରିବେ।
