ତଦାରଖକାରୀଗଣ, ରାଜପ୍ରତିନିଧିଗଣ, ସୁବଦୋରଗଣ ଓ ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀଗଣ ସମସ୍ତେ ଅଜଣା ଭାବରେ ରାଜା ହେଲେ ଯେ, ଏକ ରାଜକୀଯ ଘୋଷଣା ପତ୍ର ହବୋ ଉଚିତ୍। ଯଦି କହେି ତିରିଶ ଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ମହାରାଜା ବିନା କୌଣସି ଦବେତା ବା ମନୁଷ୍ଯ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବ, ତବେେ ତାକୁ ସିଂହର ଗୁମ୍ଫାକୁ ଫିଙ୍ଗାୟିବ।
