Amos 5:1-3 in Oriya

1 Hear ye this word which I take up against you, even a lamentation, O house of Israel.

2 The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more rise: she is forsaken upon her land; there is none to raise her up.

3 For thus saith the Lord God; The city that went out by a thousand shall leave an hundred, and that which went forth by an hundred shall leave ten, to the house of Israel.

1 ହେ ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲୀୟବାସୀ, ଏହି ବାର୍ତ୍ତା ଶୁଣ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଷଯ ରେ ଏହା ହେଉଛି ବିଳାପର ସଙ୍ଗୀତ।
Hear ye this word which I take up against you, even a lamentation, O house of Israel.

2 ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲର କୁମାରୀ ପଡିୟାଇଛି ଏବଂ ସେ ଆଉ ଉଠିପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। ସେ ଏକାକିନୀ ପଡି ରହିଛି। ସହେି ମଇଳାରୁ ତାକୁ ଉଠାଇବାକୁ କହେି ନାହିଁ।

3 ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମାରେ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି ବାକ୍ଯ କୁହନ୍ତି: ସହରରୁ ବାହାରକୁ ୟାଇଥିବା ଏକ ହଜାର ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ଏକଶହ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରହିବେ, ଏବଂ ଏକଶହ ବାହାରିଥିବା ମଧ୍ଯରୁ ମାତ୍ର ଦଶଜଣ ପ୍ରତ୍ଯାବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରିବେ।
