ଯୀଶୁ ଗାଲୀଲର କାନା ନଗରକୁ ପୁଣି ଥରେ ଗଲେ। କାନ୍ନା ରେ ସେ ଜଳକୁ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ରେ ପରିଣତ କରିଥିଲେ। ରାଜାଙ୍କର ଜଣେ ମୁଖ୍ଯକର୍ମଚାରୀ କଫର୍ନାହୂମ ନଗର ରେ ବାସ କରୁଥିଲେ। ଏହି ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଅସୁସ୍ଥ ଥିଲା।
