2 Peter 3 - DBY (Oriya)

1 This, a second letter, beloved, I already write to you, in [both] which I stir up, in the way of putting you in remembrance, your pure mind,ମାେ ମିତ୍ରଗଣ, ଏହି ଦ୍ବିତୀୟ ପତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଲେଖୁଅଛି। ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ କେତଗେୁଡ଼ିଏ ବିଷୟ ମନେ ପକାଇ ଦବୋ ଲାଗି ମୁଁ ଦୁଇଟି ପତ୍ର ଲେଖିଛି।

2 to be mindful of the words spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of the Lord and Saviour by your apostles;ପବିତ୍ର ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ ବକ୍ତାମାନେ ଅତୀତ ରେ ଯାହା କିଛି କହି ଯାଇଛନ୍ତି ମୁଁ ଚା ହେଁ ଯେ, ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମନେ ପକାଅ। ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରଭୁ ଓ ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା ଯେଉଁ ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି, ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକୁ ମଧ୍ଯ ମନେ ପକାଅ। ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ ରରେିତମାନଙ୍କ ମାଧ୍ଯମ ରେ ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦଇେଥିଲେ।

3 knowing this first, that there shall come at [the] close of the days mockers with mocking, walking according to their own lusts,ପ୍ରଥମେ, ଶଷେ ଦିନଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ କ'ଣ କ'ଣ ଘଟିବ, ସଗେୁଡ଼ିକ ବୁଝିବା ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦରକାର। ଲୋକେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ପରିହାସ କରିବେ। ସମାନେେ ନିଜ ଇଚ୍ଛା ରେ ମନ୍ଦ କାର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରି ଜୀବନଧାରଣ କରିବେ।

4 and saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for from the time the fathers fell asleep all things remain thus from [the] beginning of [the] creation.ସମାନେେ କହିବେ, ଯୀଶୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଆସିବା ପାଇଁ କହିଥିଲେ। ସେ କାହାନ୍ତି ? ଆମ୍ଭର ପିତାମାନେ ମରିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଜଗତ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା ବଳେୁ ସହେିପରି ଭାବରେ ଚାଲିଛି।

5 For this is hidden from them through their own wilfulness, that heavens were of old, and an earth, having its subsistence out of water and in water, by the word of God,ସୁଦୂର ଅତୀତ ରେ କ'ଣ ଘଟିଥିଲା, ସମାନେେ ତାହା ମନେ ପକାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଥିଲା, ପରମେଶ୍ବର ପାଣିରୁ ଓ ପାଣି ଦ୍ବାରା ଜଗତକୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ଏହା ସାଧିତ ହେଲା।

6 through which [waters] the then world, deluged with water, perished.ତାହା ପରେ ସହେି ସଂସାର ପ୍ରଳୟଙ୍କାରୀ ବନ୍ଯା ଜଳ ଦ୍ବାରା ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇଗେଲା।

7 But the present heavens and the earth by his word are laid up in store, kept for fire unto a day of judgment and destruction of ungodly men.ମାତ୍ର ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହେି ବାକ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନର ଜଗତ ରହିଅଛି। ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦ୍ବାରା ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ରକ୍ଷିତ ଅଛି। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସମସ୍ତ ବିରୋଧୀ ଲୋକମାନେ ପୁଣି ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ ନଷ୍ଟ ହବୋ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବିଚାର ଦିନ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ସୁରକ୍ଷିତ ଥିବେ।

8 But let not this one thing be hidden from you, beloved, that one day with [the] Lord [is] as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.ପ୍ରିୟ ମିତ୍ରଗଣ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହି ବିଶଷେ କଥା ଭୁଲ ନାହିଁ, ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ହଜାର ବର୍ଷ ଭଳି ଓ ହଜାର ବର୍ଷ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ଭଳି ଅଟେ।

9 [The] Lord does not delay his promise, as some account of delay, but is longsuffering towards you, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.ଯଦିଓ କିଛି ଲୋକେ ଏହାକୁ ଡରେି ବୋଲି ଭାବୁଛନ୍ତି, ତଥାପି ପରମେଶ୍ବର ନିଜ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞା ପୂରଣ କରିବା ରେ ଡ଼ରେି କରିବେ ନାହିଁ। ବରଂ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯବାନ ହେଉଛନ୍ତି। ପରମେଶ୍ବର କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ନଷ୍ଟ ହେଉ ବୋଲି ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଚାହାଁନ୍ତି ଯେ ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକ ଲୋକ ନିଜର ହୃଦୟ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରୁ ଓ ପାପ କରିବାକୁ କ୍ଷାନ୍ତ ହେଉ।

10 But the day of [the] Lord will come as a thief, in which the heavens will pass away with a rushing noise, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall be dissolved, and [the] earth and the works in it shall be burnt up.କିନ୍ତୁ ଚୋର ଆସିବା ଦିନପରି, ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆସିବା ଦିନଟି ପ୍ରେତ୍ୟକକଙ୍କୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ୟ୍ଯ କରିବ। ଭୟଙ୍କର ଗର୍ଜନ ସହିତ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଅଦୃଶ୍ଯ ହାଇୟିବେ। ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳର ସମସ୍ତ ବସ୍ତୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ରେ ଧ୍ବଂସ ହାଇଯେିବ। ଜଗତ ଏହାର ସମସ୍ତ ବିଷୟ ସହିତ ଜଳି ୟିବ।

11 All these things then being to be dissolved, what ought ye to be in holy conversation and godliness,ମୁଁ କହିଲା ଭଳି, ଏପରି ଭାବରେ ସବୁ କିଛି ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇଯେିବ। ଅତଏବ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କିପରି ଲୋକ ହବୋ ଉଚିତ ? ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପବିତ୍ର ଜୀବନଯାପନ କରି ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସବୋ କରିବା ଉଚିତ।

12 waiting for and hastening the coming of the day of God, by reason of which [the] heavens, being on fire, shall be dissolved, and [the] elements, burning with heat, shall melt?ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦିନଟି ଆସିବା ପାଇଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ରେ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ। ସହେି ଦିନ ଆସିଲେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଦ୍ବାରା ଆକାଶ ନଷ୍ଟ ହାଇେ ୟିବ ଓ ଆକାଶ ରେ ଥିବା ସବୁ ମୌଳିକ ବସ୍ତୁଗୁଡ଼ିକ ଉତ୍ତାପରେ ତରଳି ୟିବ।

13 But, according to his promise, we wait for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwells righteousness.କିନ୍ତୁ ପରମେଶ୍ବର ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ପ୍ରତିଶ୍ରୁତି ଦଇେଛନ୍ତି। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିଜ୍ଞାନୁସା ରେ ଏକ ନୂତନ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳ ଓ ନୂତନ ଜଗତର ଅପେକ୍ଷା ରେ ଅଛୁ। ତାହା ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ବାସସ୍ଥଳୀ ହବେ।

14 Wherefore, beloved, as ye wait for these things, be diligent to be found of him in peace, without spot and blameless;ପ୍ରିୟ ମିତ୍ରଗଣ, ଏହି ଘଟଣା ଘଟିବା ପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ରେ ଅଛୁ। ଅତଏବ ପାପ ଓ ଦୋଷ ନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ କଠାେର ପରିଶ୍ରମ କର। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଶାନ୍ତି ରେ ରହିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କର।

15 and account the longsuffering of our Lord [to be] salvation; according as our beloved brother Paul also has written to you according to the wisdom given to him,ପ୍ରଭୁ ର୍ଧୈୟ୍ଯବାନ ବୋଲି ଆମ୍ଭେ ରକ୍ଷା ପାଇଛୁ, ଏହା ମନରେଖ। ପରମେଶ୍ବରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଦତ୍ତ ଜ୍ଞାନ ବଳ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରିୟ ଭାଇ ପାଉଲ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଲେଖିଲା ବେଳେ ସେ ସହେି କଥା କହିଥିଲେ।

16 as also in all [his] epistles, speaking in them of these things; among which some things are hard to be understood, which the untaught and ill-established wrest, as also the other scriptures, to their own destruction.ନିଜର ସମସ୍ତ ପତ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକରେ ପାଉଲ ଏହିକଥା ଲେଖନ୍ତି। େ ବେଳବେଳେ ପାଉଲଙ୍କ ପତ୍ର ରେ କେତକେ କଥା ବୁଝିବା ପାଇଁ କଷ୍ଟକର ହୁଏ। େକେତେଲାକ ସହେି କଥାଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ ଭୁଲ ଭାବରେ ବ୍ଯାଖ୍ଯା କରନ୍ତି। ସମାନେେ ମୂର୍ଖ ଓ ବିଶ୍ବାସ ରେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ। ସହେି ଲୋକମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରଗୁଡ଼ିକୁ342 ମଧ୍ଯ ଭୁଲଭାବେ ବୁଝାଇଥାନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ଏପରି କରିବା ଦ୍ବାରା ସମାନେେ ନିଜର ଅନିଷ୍ଟ କରୁଛନ୍ତି।

17 *Ye* therefore, beloved, knowing [these] things before, take care lest, being led away along with the error of the wicked, ye should fall from your own stedfastness:ପ୍ରିୟ ମିତ୍ରଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ବିଷୟ ରେ ଆଗରୁ ଜାଣ। ଅତଏବ ସାବଧାନ ରୁହ। ସହେି ମନ୍ଦ ଲୋକମାନେ କରୁଥିବା ମନ୍ଦକାର୍ୟ୍ଯ ଦ୍ବାରା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିଜକୁ ପ୍ରଭାବିତ ହବୋକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ। ନିଜ ଦୃଢ଼ ବିଶ୍ବାସରୁ ବିଚଳିତ ନ ହବୋ ପାଇଁ ସାବଧାନ ରୁହ।

18 but grow in grace, and in [the] knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him [be] glory both now and to [the] day of eternity. Amen.କିନ୍ତୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଓ ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା ଯୀଶୁଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟଙ୍କ ଜ୍ଞାନ ଓ ଅନୁଗ୍ରହ ରେ ବୃଦ୍ଧି ପାଅ। ତାହାଙ୍କର ମହିମା ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ଓ ସଦାସର୍ବଦା ରହିଥାଉ। ଆମେନ୍।
