2 Corinthians 1:8
ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନେ ! ଏସିଆ ଦେଶ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ଯାତନା ସହିଲୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଚାହୁଁ ଯେପରି ସହେି ବିଷୟ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଜାଣ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭାରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଲୁ। ଏପରିକି ଏହା ଏତେ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜୀବନର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଶା ହରାଇଥିଲୁ। ସହେି ଭାର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବହନ କରିବା ଶକ୍ତିଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା।

ଭାଇ ଓ ଭଉଣୀମାନେ ! ଏସିଆ ଦେଶ ରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେଉଁ ଯାତନା ସହିଲୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଚାହୁଁ ଯେପରି ସହେି ବିଷୟ ରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନେେ ମଧ୍ଯ ଜାଣ। ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଭାରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହାଇେ ପଡ଼ିଲୁ। ଏପରିକି ଏହା ଏତେ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନେେ ଜୀବନର ସମସ୍ତ ଆଶା ହରାଇଥିଲୁ। ସହେି ଭାର ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବହନ କରିବା ଶକ୍ତିଠାରୁ ଅଧିକ ଥିଲା।
