ଏଲିଯ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମୁଁ ମାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତି ଦଇେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସବୋ କଲି ମାତ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଯେଉଁ ନିଯମ ଥିଲା ତାକୁ ଭଙ୍ଗ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କଲେ। ମୁଁ ଏକମାତ୍ର ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ୟିଏ କି ଏ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବଞ୍ଚିଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।

ଏଲିଯ କହିଲେ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସର୍ବଶକ୍ତିମାନ ପରମେଶ୍ବର, ମୁଁ ମାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶକ୍ତି ଦଇେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସବୋ କଲି ମାତ୍ର ଇଶ୍ରାୟେଲ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସହିତ ଯେଉଁ ନିଯମ ଥିଲା ତାକୁ ଭଙ୍ଗ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ୟଜ୍ଞବଦେୀକୁ ଧ୍ବଂସ କଲେ। ସମାନେେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସମସ୍ତ ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ ବଧ କଲେ। ମୁଁ ଏକମାତ୍ର ଭବିଷ୍ଯଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ୟିଏ କି ଏ ପର୍ୟ୍ଯନ୍ତ ବଞ୍ଚିଛି। ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ସମାନେେ ମାେତେ ହତ୍ଯା କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି।
