बेन-गेबेर रामोत गिलादका राज्यपाल थिए। उनी गिलादमा मनश्शेका छोरा याईरको सबै शहरहरू अनि गाउँका पनि राज्यपाल थिए। उनी बाशानमा अर्गोब अञ्चलका पनि शासक थिए। यस इलाकामा वरिपरि ठूला-ठूला पर्खालले घेरेका साठीवटा शहरहरू थिए। अनि शहरहरूको मूल ढोकामा काँसाका बारहरू थिए।
