Psalm 68 - BBE (Nepali)

1 <To the chief music-maker. Of David. A Psalm. A Song.> Let God be seen, and let his haters be put to flight; let those who are against him be turned back before him.हे परमेश्वर, जाग्नु होस् र तपाईंका शत्रुहरूलाई यत्रतत्र छरिदिनु होस्। उहाँका शत्रुहरू उहाँबाटै भागोस्।

2 Let them be like smoke before the driving wind; as wax turning soft before the fire, so let them come to an end before the power of God.हावाले धूवाँलाई फुके जस्तै तपाईंको शत्रुहरू यत्रतत्र छरिनु परोस्। मैन अगोमा पग्लिए जस्तै तपाईंको शत्रुहरू नष्ट होस्।

3 But let the upright be glad; let them have delight before God; let them be full of joy.तर धर्मी मानिसहरू सुखी छन्, धर्मी मानिसहरू परमप्रभु-परमेश्वरको साथ हुने-सँगै आनन्दमा छन्। धर्मी मानिसहरू स्वयं आनन्द मनाउने छन् अनि सुखी हुन्छन्।

4 Make songs to God, make songs of praise to his name; make a way for him who comes through the waste lands; his name is Jah; be glad before him.उहाँको सम्मानमा बाजा गाजा सहित गीत गाऊ। परमेश्वरको निम्ति बाटो तयार पार। उहाँले आफ्नो रथ मरूभूमि तिर उडाउनुहुन्छ उहाँको नाउँ ‘याह, हो उहाँको नाउँको प्रशंसा गर!

5 A father to those who have no father, a judge of the widows, is God in his holy place.उहाँको पवित्र मन्दिरमा परमेश्वर टुहुरा-टुहरीका निम्ति पिता झैं हुनुहुन्छ, उहाँले विधवहरूको हेरचाह गर्नुहुन्छ।

6 Those who are without friends, God puts in families; he makes free those who are in chains; but those who are turned away from him are given a dry land.परमेश्वरले एक्लो मानिसलाई घर दिनुहुन्छ। उहाँले कैदीहरूलाई धैरे सम्पत्तिसित बाहिरा ल्याउनुहुन्छ। तर जो मानिसहरू परमेश्वरको विरोधमा जान्छन् तिनीहरूसित केही पनि रहँदैन।

7 O God, when you went out before your people, wandering through the waste land; (Selah.)हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले आफ्नो भक्तजनहरूलाई मिश्रबाट बाहिर डोर्याउनु भयो। तपाईं मरूभूमि भएर कदम बढाउनु भयो र पृथ्वी पनि हल्लियो।

8 The earth was shaking and the heavens were streaming, because God was present; even Sinai itself was moved before God, the God of Israel.हे परमप्रभु इस्राएल का परमेश्वर, जब सीनैपर्वतमा आउनु भयो, तब पृथ्वी काम्यो अनि आकाश पग्लियो।

9 You, O God, did freely send the rain, giving strength to the weariness of your heritage.हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले बर्षा पठाउनु भयो, क्लान्त, वृद्ध धर्तीलाई फेरि बलियो भूमि बनाउन।

10 Those whose resting-place was there, even the poor, were comforted by your good things, O God.तपाईंका पशुहरू फर्केर त्यही भूमिमा आए। हे परमेश्वर, तपाईंले गरीब दुःखीहरूलाई धेरै राम्रा चीजहरू दिनुभयो।

11 The Lord gives the word; great is the number of the women who make it public.परमेश्वरले आज्ञा दिनुभयो अनि धेरै मानिसहरू सुसमाचार सुनाउन गए।

12 Kings of armies quickly go in flight: and the women in the houses make a division of their goods.“शक्तिशाली राजाहरूका सिपाहीहरू भागेर गए! नारीहरूले लुटका सामान घर-घरमा भाग गरेर राखेकी छन् जुन सिपाहीहरूले युद्धबाट ल्याएका थिए। ती मानिसहरू जो घरमा बसेका छन् तिनीहरूले सम्पत्ति बाँडने छन्।

13 Will you take your rest among the flocks? like the wings of a dove covered with silver, and its feathers with yellow gold.तिनीहरूले चाँदीले छोपीएका ढुकुरका पखेंटाहरू पाउने छन्। तिनीहरूले सुनका चमकले टल्किरहेका पखेंटाहरू पाउने छन्।”

14 When the Most High put the kings to flight, it was as white as snow in Salmon.जालमन पर्वतमा परमेश्वरले शत्रु राजाहरू तितर-बितर पार्नु भयो। ती झरिरहेका हिमपात जस्तै थिए।

15 A hill of God is the hill of Bashan; a hill with high tops is the hill of Bashan.परमेश्वरको पर्वत बाशान पर्वत हो! बाशान पर्वत धेरै चुचुराहरू भएको विशाल पर्वत हो।

16 Why are you looking with envy, you high hills, on the hill desired by God as his resting-place? truly, God will make it his house for ever.हे बाशान पर्वत! तिमी किन सियोन पर्वतलाई हेला गर्छौ? परमेश्वरले सीनै पर्वतलाई प्रेम गर्नुहुन्छ। उहाँले त्यही जग्गालाई वास-स्थान बनाउनु भयो।

17 The war-carriage of God is among Israel's thousands; the Lord has come from Sinai to the holy place.परमप्रभु पवित्र सीनै पर्वतमा आउनु भयो। उहाँको पछि लाखौंलाख रथहरू छन्।

18 You have gone up on high, taking your prisoners with you; you have taken offerings from men; the Lord God has taken his place on the seat of his power.उहाँ उच्च पर्वत माथि-माथि जानु भयो। ती मानिसहरूसित जो उहाँका विरूद्ध भए कैदीहरूको लहरलाई पथ-निर्देश गर्दै पुरूषहरूबाट उपहार लिनलाई, परमप्रभु परमेश्वर त्यहाँ रहनलाई जानु भयो।

19 Praise be to the Lord, who is our support day by day, even the God of our salvation. (Selah.)परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर! प्रत्येक दिन उहाँले हाम्रो बोझ उठाउनु हुन्छ। जुन हामी आफैंले उठाउनु पर्ने हो परमेश्वरले हामीलाई मृत्युबाट बचाउनुहुन्छ।

20 Our God is for us a God of salvation; his are the ways out of death.उहाँ हाम्रा परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ। उहाँ नै परमेश्वर हुनुहुन्छ जसले हामीलाई उद्धार गर्नुहुन्छ। परमप्रभु हाम्रा परमेश्वरले हामीलाई बचाउनु हुन्छ।

21 The heads of the haters of God will be crushed; even the head of him who still goes on in his evil ways.परमेश्वरले आफ्ना शत्रुहरूलाई परास्त गरेको देखाउनु हुनेछ। परमेश्वरले उहाँको विरूद्ध लड्नेहरूलाई दण्ड दिनुहुनेछ।

22 The Lord said, I will make them come back from Bashan, and from the deep parts of the sea;मेरो स्वामीले भन्नुभयो, “म बाशानबाट शत्रु फर्काई ल्याउने छु, म पश्चिमबाट शत्रु ल्याउनेछु।

23 So that your foot may be red with blood, and the tongues of your dogs with the same.यसकारण तिमीहरू उनीहरूको रगतमा हिंड्न सक, यसकारण तिमीहरूका कुकुरहरूले तिनीहरूको रगत ल्याप्-ल्याप् चाट्ने छन्।”

24 We see your going, O God: even the going of my God, my King, into the holy place.हेर, परमेश्वरले विजयी लहरलाई डोर्याई रहनुभएको! हेर मेरो पवित्र परमेश्वर, मेरो राजा, विजयी लहरलाई डोर्याइरहनु भएको!

25 The makers of songs go before, the players of music come after, among the young girls playing on brass instruments.आगाडि गायकहरू हिंडिरहेका छन्, तिनीहरूको पछि-पछि संगीतकारहरू हिड्दैछन्। तिनीहरूलाई खैंजडी बजाउँदै गरेका कुमारीहरूले घेरेका छन्।

26 Give praise to God in the great meeting; even the Lord, you who come from the fountain of Israel.समुदायहरूमा परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गर! हे इस्राएल का मानिसहरू, परमप्रभुको प्रशंसा गर!

27 There is little Benjamin ruling them, the chiefs of Judah and their army, the rulers of Zebulun and the rulers of Naphtali.त्यहाँ सानो बिन्यामीन छ, तिनीहरूलाई डोर्याईरहेका। अनि त्यहाँ यहूदाका महान् परिवार पनि छन्। अनि त्यहाँ जबूलून र नप्ताली अगुवाहरू पनि छन्।

28 O God, send out your strength; the strength, O God, with which you have done great things for us,हे परमेश्वर, हामीलाई तपाईंको शक्ति देखाउनु होस्! हाम्रो निम्ति बितेका दिनहरूमा प्रयोग गर्नु भएको शक्ति देखाउनु होस्।

29 Out of your Temple in Jerusalem.राजाहरूले आफ्नो सम्पत्ति तपाईंको महल यरूशलेममा ल्याउने छन्।

30 Say sharp words to the beast among the water-plants, the band of strong ones, with the lords of the peoples, put an end to the people whose delight is in war.तिम्रो लठ्ठीले ती “पशुहरूलाई” सधाऊ। ती मानिसहरूको जस्ता “साँढेका बथानलाई” तिमीले अनुशरण गर्ने बनाऊ। तिनीहरूले आज्ञा मान्दछन्। तिमीले ती जातिहरूलाई युद्धमा हरायौ। अब तिनीहरूलाई चाँदीका टुक्रा ल्याउन लगाऊ।

31 Kings will give you offerings, they will come out of Egypt; from Pathros will come offerings of silver; Ethiopia will be stretching out her hands to God.मिश्रबाट तिनीहरूलाई सम्पत्ति ल्याउन लगाऊ, एथिओपियाहरूलाई तिमीकहाँ धन ल्याउन लगाऊ।

32 Make songs to God, you kingdoms of the earth; O make songs of praise to the Lord; (Selah.)हे पृथ्वीका राजाहरू हो! परमेश्वरको गुण गाऊ! हाम्रो स्वामीको स्तुति-गान गर!

33 To him who goes or the clouds of heaven, the heaven which was from earliest times; he sends out his voice of power.परमेश्वरकोलागि गीत गाऊ! उहाँ रथद्वारा सनातन आकाश भएर आउनु भईरहेछ। उहाँको शक्तिशाली आवाज सुन!

34 Make clear that strength is God's: he is lifted up over Israel, and his power is in the clouds.परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गाऊ किनभने उहाँ इस्राएल माथि महिमित राजा हुनुहुन्छ अनि उहाँको शक्ति आकाशमा छ।

35 O God, you are to be feared in your holy place: the God of Israel gives strength and power to his people. Praise be to God.हे परमेश्वर आफ्ना मन्दिरमा तपाईं डरलाग्दो हुनुहुन्छ। इस्राएल का परमेश्वरले आफ्ना मानिसहरूलाई बल र शक्ति दिनुभयो, परमेश्वरको प्रशंसा गर।
