(எல்லா இடங்களிலும் உள்ள ஜனங்கள் இந்த உயரமும் பலமும் கொண்ட ஜனங்களுக்கு அஞ்சுவார்கள். அந்த வல்லமை மிக்க தேசத்தைக் கொண்டவர்களின் தேசம் மற்ற தேசங்களைத் தோற்கடிக்கும். ஆறுகளால் பிரிக்கப்பட்ட நாட்டில் அவர்கள் இருப்பார்கள்). இந்தக் காணிக்கை சீயோன் மலையான, கர்த்தருடைய இடத்திற்குக் கொண்டு வரப்படும்.
