मानिसहरूले मन्न बटुलेर ढुङ्गाले पिध्थे र भाँडामा पकाउँथे अथवा यसलाई धूलो पारेर फुरौलो बनाउँथे। यसको स्वाद भद्राक्षको तेलमा पकाएको फुलौरोको जस्तो थियो।
